New System Defender Level

Hello Penguins!
The EPF has received hacks in System Defender! This hack comes from Herbert P. Bear. Once, you beat it, you will get the Track Herbert stamp. To beat the level, head over to the EPF Command Room and waddle over to the System Defender screen and go kick some polar bear butt!
