Club Penguin Times Issue: #285

Hello Penguins!
It's Thursday meaning a brand new issue of the Club Penguin Times! Bringing the total of issues to #285. This issue is mostly just focused on The April Fools Party.

The Box Dimension sadly cannot be mapped because it is one of the most confusing places of all time! Mapmakers can’t map anything. All the prank pulling will end on April 4.

The winners of the St. Patrick's Day Igloo Contest have been finally announced! The Grand Prize winners get 50,000 coins and the Runner-Up winners get 25,000 coins. Be sure to check out the newspaper for the winners and their fantastic igloos.

On April 1st, it is payday! Tour guides get paid. Also, a new catalog is now out at the Gift Shop so you can buy all those wacky outfits. On April 8, new pins will be hidden and a new Better Igloos catalog will be released. And finally, on April 15, Norman Swarm will once again arrive at the Stage.
What do you think of all these cool events coming up and currently happening? Comment below and let us know what you’re thinking! Until then... Waddle On!

Club Penguin Membership Prices Change

Hello Penguins!
If you haven't knew, Club Penguin has changed the prices of having your penguin a very own member. The prices only changed for USA penguins. Below are the new prices for Club Penguin Memberships:

1 Month Membership - $6.95
6 Month Membership - $35.95
12 Month Membership - $59.95

These prices are better than the first time they changed them. The 6 month membership was $39.95 and the 1 month membership was $7.95. But, I still have that feeling that Club Penguin is still trying to get PLENTY of money from our parents. What do you think about this? Leave your thoughts below. Until then... Waddle On!

There was all sorts of animals and all different colors like puffles! It felt great to help out the community! Waddle on CP!!!

Club Penguin Bits & Bolts Ultimate Guide

Hello Penguins!
If you didn't know, Bits & Bolts is now released and is ready to play at the Dance Lounge! It is a really cool game to play! For me to tell you the truth that it's very fun, I will teach you the ways of Bits & Bolts! Below are thee steps to master the game:

First, go waddle over to the Dance Lounge and waddle over to the blue machine that says, "Bits & Bolts".

Second, go click, "Yes" when It asks you if you want to try the game or not.
Thirdly, go click start.

Now, you are probably confused by now. For example, if your mouse has four on it, go click possible blocks that equals 4! Here's a picture to explain:

You have to be really fast. Avoid the blocks getting stacked. If many blocks start to stack it could fill up the board and ruin the round!

Hope this guide helped! And how do you like the game? Leave your thoughts below! Until then... Waddle On!

New EPF Message From Herbert

Hello Penguins!
I was logging on to check out the pranks that are getting pulled at the April Fools Party when I noticed, my EPF Spy Phone was blinking blue which means I got a message~ And guess who the message was from? Herbert P. Bear! Check out his evil message:

"Stop calling me polar bear, you Ultimate Pea-brain 10,000!"

This was a reply from Protobot's message that said instead of calling Herbert, "Herbert", Prtobot called him "polar bear." So does this mean, they are splitting up from teaming up together on destroying the EPF? Leave your predictions below. Until then... Waddle On!

Hello Friends, enemies, and penguins!
Protobot has sent us another message! Take a look:

Can't see it? Is your computer working? Well this is what it says:

April Fool's Scavenger Hunt

Hey Penguins! It's Guitargirlk here! I'm going to tell you about the April Fool's Scavenger Hunt. I know this is a little late, but here it is anyway.

CAUTION: This Scavenger Hunt is for members only. Sorry non-members. :(

To start the Expedition of the Scavenger Hunt 2011, click the box up in the top right hand
screen. There it will reveal the 1st hint.

It says, "Start where orange puffles go; in a room with a purple glow."

To start, you go to the Snow Forts and go through the mysterious purple portal.

In the middle you will see a wooden plank in the middle of the room, click on it and there is your first piece.

The 2nd clue reads, "Continue the search, among the sand; where red mountains frame the land."

Go through the box with the cactus on it.

Click on the lighter rock that looks like this:

The 3rd clue says this, "This blank page holds much potential; your imagination is essential."

Then go back to the box dimension and head to the box with the pencil .

Click on the blue pencil at the bottom, for that will reveal the next piece.

The 4th clue says, "If you find yourself next to Mars.. Look for something hidden in the stars."

Waddle to the box with the Planet on it.

Connect the stars using your mouse and you will find this:
click it

The 5th hint reads, "The stage is just the thing, to find a clue fit for a king."

Go to the box with the hat on it, then click on the piece on the stool like this:

After that, the next clue will say, "Finding this one will turn you around, in a room where up is down."

Click on the box with the stairs in the Box Dimension.

There you will find a plank that looks different, click it.

Once you do, the clue says, "To find this piece you'll need a clue: Find your way through bright pink brew."

Then click on the box with the soda barrel.

The easiest way to obtain the item, is go through the middle, then just keep going back into the barrel you came from until you get to the part with the platform.

Then you get the next clue! This one states, "This Scavenger Hunt is Extreme! Find this piece by a chocolate stream."

Go to the box with the Ice cream cone on it.

To get the last piece, click on the spoon handle.

Once you finish, you get a stylish box!

Here's what it looks like on my penguin: Guitargirlk.

Hope that helped you, fellow penguins!

Waddle on! But don't slip on banana peels.

Reviewed By You: Helping Your Community

Hello Penguins!

As you may remember, last week we asked what arcade game you would invent if you could. The team was really impressed by all your great suggestions! Here's a really unique one from A L I C E C:

My dream arcade game would be called Food Shot. You would take your orange puffle with you to this game. The puffle would sit in the middle of a circle, surrounded by different foods. The puffle would shoot foods (wherever you guided it) onto the edge of the circle, making matches of three or more, until the level is clear. There would be second chances if you didn't clear the level.

Excellent creative idea, A L I C E C! Now on to this week's Reviewed by You...

Ever since the recent disasters in places like New Zealand and Japan, a lot of you have asked how you can get involved to help. There are many ways to help others in need, and giving money is only one of them. You can also give your time to help, too! So this week, we want to hear about a time that you and a friend worked together to help your community!

Write your review as a short comment (50-75 words, please!) We'll pick one comment to feature in next week's Reviewed By You. If your review is featured next week, we'll add 10,000 coins to your account. Don't forget to use your penguin name so we can add the coins!
