Club Penguin Unlimited buddy's?

Hey folks last week someone gave this account give away which was a beta named zeke so i decided to log in so i was just checking his buddy list when I saw this: 

Is this weird 116 buddies? By the way if you thinks its an edit well its not! 
So what you think Club penguin has done you cant have 116 buddies you can only have 100

    Beta penguins used to have 300 buddies... screenhog still does. But, when you delete them, it goes to 100 buddies. If you want more info, ask @screenhog on twitter
