As some of you know, some penguins have picked Ultimate Safe Chat where you can't type what you want to say. If you picked Ultimate Safe Chat, there would be messages in speech bubbles where you can click on and your penguin will say it. With The Fair coming soon, Club Penguin has added The Fair related safe chat messages. A took a picture of all the messages:
